About the Cottage
Dating back to the 17th century, Abernant Hir Cottage was one of the first properties in Glynneath. In 2009, a striking green oak extension was added, bringing extra space and light while keeping the cottage’s historic charm.
Step outside to a fully enclosed astroturf front garden with a private hot tub and patio area. Opposite the cottage, you’ll find a playing field with children’s tree swings - perfect for little explorers!
Inside, you’ll find:
-
Two cosy double bedrooms

An open mezzanine with a double bed and double sofa bed
-
Spacious living areas with character beams
